• Account information: if you register, we store your username, an optional email address, and a securely hashed (never plaintext) version of your password. We never have access to your actual password.
• Calculator inputs: when you run a calculation we store a short summary of the input and the result (up to 300 characters each) in a history table. If you are logged in it is attributed to your username; otherwise it is attributed to a generic label such as “guest”. Do not enter personal information into the calculators.
• Quiz data: scores, quiz history and leaderboard entries you submit while using the Site's features.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs for security and operation. We do not combine these logs with your account.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Essential cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. The Site cannot offer login without it.
• Browser storage: your browser's local storage holds three small settings: your theme choice (light or dark), an optional display name, and your cookie-consent choice. They stay on your device.
• Advertising and analytics cookies: where enabled, we use Google AdSense to display ads and Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used.

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard salted hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Administrative access is restricted to a single account controlled via server-side configuration, separate from regular user accounts.
